Jenny Craig Weight Loss Program —
I have done Jenny Craig on two separate occassions and lost at least 40 pounds each time. The problem is that once I was no longer eating just JC foods for every meal, the weight started to creep back on. In each case, I regained all the weight I lost and then some. The diet is useful to lose weight quickly but it does nothing to help you with the real world. A much better program is Weight Watchers.
