both my son and i love this product. he is 4 and he will not eat his father's preferred plain smoked turkey anymore. he really prefers the taste of the sun-dried tomato. It's flavor is delicate enough that it doesn't overwhelm, but it is definitely present. The texture is also very important to me. I always request that ours be shaved. I like the turkey to be falling apart. It seems that the pre-sliced stuff already available in the deli case is usually a little slimy and the thick slices I won't eat at all.

This makes a great lunch, rolled up in a tortilla with lettuce, tomato, and maybe a slice of bacon. It is quick, not too expensive when you compare it to other lunch options, and very tasty! The only drawback is that it needs to be used within 4-5 days of purchasing. This may be a personal preference, but i think it develops a strange odor after this point. And i am not willing to take the risk of food poisoning!
