During our kitchen remodel we chose this unit. It arrived broken.

The sensor for cooking functions died the first time we used it. The cover for the sensor inside the cooking area is CARDBOARD!!!  After a month wait (part back-ordered from the manufacturer), the sensor was replaced, only to break again on it's next use.  Now the sensor is no longer available and it is only 6 months old!!!

The exhaust fan is terribly loud, we even insulated the exhaust pipe but it did not help.
The "light" underneath the unit does not illuminate the cooking surface 17" below.

I have been thoroughly disappointed in this microwave. We bought Jenn-air appliances, thinking they would be the best. Plus, we LOVED the glass front. This microwave has had one problem after the next. In fact, we have had 3 so far! The first one blew up within the first few weeks. The second shorted out as soon as we plugged it in. And no, it wasn't a wiring problem. The third one works, but has some minor issues with fan that we have lived with. This microwave looks beautiful, but there are definitely some bugs, and it is huge!
