We love our oven now, but when we first purchased it we had several issues. First the temperture setting wasn't working properly and then the oven light wouldn't turn off. Jenn-Air immediately sent someone to our house after both problems to repair the oven. The technician was knowledgable and took care of our problems very quickly. We have not had any other issues since the repairs.
