I am not happy with this jenn-air cook top at all.  It was fine until I used it.  It is impossible to clean.  The caps com off of the burner and you must line them back up before it will lighI.  You cannot clean them with any kind of soap or the holes clog so they must stay dirty. If  the connection of the burner isnt just right the igniter will click and will not light, and if it does light it continues to click.  I have purchased three jenn air cook tops and this is the first one I have had problems with.  It is just this model I think that is bad.   AS FOR JENN-AIRS CUSTOMER SERVICE,  IT IS GREAT.  It can't be beat.  They do everything possible to keep their customers happy.
