First, let me say that gas cooktop cooking ROCKS! I love having gas in the top. However, it's not the greatest for over use. Enter the Jenn-air dual fuel double over. The small upper oven heats quickly. I have to say that I use it for 90% of my cooking. It's great to not have to use a giant convection over for casseroles, baked potatoes, baking bread , muffins, cakes, cookies, etc. I love that I don't have to wait more that 3-4 minutes for the small upper oven to heat up. The lower convection oven is perfect when I'm cooking multiple trays of cookies or cupcakes. I can get three cookie sheets in there at once for quick, even and thorough baking. LOVE IT! Oh, and it's a pretty appliance to boot! :)
