I absolutely love desserts, but am always trying to choose one that is light on the calorie side.  I love pudding, but many brands taste great but are high in fat.  So I was a little skeptical to try a sugar free jello pudding, but I was pleasantly surprised.  The instant version is not only quick and easy to make, but it tastes amazing and it is hard to believe it is sugar free.  My favorite is the chocolate version, but it also comes in vanilla, pistachio and butterscotch.  It is an instant pudding, so for a light dessert just mix the package contents with fat free milk and it only is about 30 calories a serving.  The dessert tastes smooth and silky with so much flavor.  I love making parfaits with some whipped topping and fruit.  For a quick and easy pie, combine your pudding with whipped topping and pour in a reduced fat ready made pie crust.  This is one dessert that you won't have to sacrifice taste for less sugar, and I love it that it is quick and easy to make.  If you are really pressed for time, the pudding is now available in single serve packs and tubs so you just have to serve, enjoy and not feel the guilt because it is sugar free.

It really does taste great, and you can make so many yummy things with it. If you are trying to boost your fruit intake, I like to make the Jello and add some fruit right in the mix, it is delicious.
