Jeep Wrangler Twin Sport Umbrella Stroller Review Summary

Transporting babies isn’t too difficult with the Jeep Wrangler Twin Sport Umbrella Stroller and some reviewers like the comfortable height, the cushioned hand grips, and the strong, durable wheels. But when other reviewers chime in, the results are mixed. The Jeep Wrangler Sport Umbrella Stroller is a “Nice Stroller for the Price” but others point out that it is “Cheap, but not Without Major Flaws”. Among the flaws, reviewers don’t like the lack of storage baskets and cup holders and they dislike the placement of the hand grips. It adds up to a stroller that is fancy in name only, with more liabilities than assets. Want to read about more strollers? Viewpoints has plenty of reviews in the Strollers section.

When my second son was born, I was looking for any double stroller that was NOT side-by-side because I've seen so many people struggling to navigate through doorways and crowded malls.  But then, my babysitter and my boss's wife did a little research themselves and purchased the Jeep Wrangler Twin Sport...

This stroller is pretty cheap as far as double umbrella strollers go, about $80, however after only owning it for 2 months the locking bars at the bottom got bent inwards. I can still open it but now it doesn't always lock the stroller in place. It is made out of pretty flimsy metal.
It is probably...

We bought this stoller lmost 3 years ago!! It is amazing! THis was our third child and we have been thru several umbrella strollers in the past. Either they made your back hurt because they were too short or they pinch your fingers trying to get them to close and I cant count how many times we have bent the wheels. This Jeep stroller has lasted we even take him with us in it on some light hiking trails and it does great!

I would highly reccomend this stroller because it is a mother of two childrens dream. My chilern are eighteen months apart and they love walks. It is nice and soild. I am asingle mother who can not lift much, so wanted light wieght stroller. The stroller wieghs only twenty pounds compared to other double strollers that wiegh thirty. It also takes up very little space.

We purchased the Jeep umbrella stroller about a year ago. We have never really had any complaints except that there are no cupholders on this one particular model we bought. It was the smallest and cheapest of the Jeep brands so we knew what we were buying when we purchased it. My thing is, I HATE having those HUGE big honking strollers. Yes they are nice because they carry just about anything you have on you, purse, diaper bag, shopping bags, but they are a pain for me to get in and out of the dang car. We own a minivan and still cant fit huge strollers back there in our trunk. We loved the simpleness... review »

I recently purchased the double stroller for my soon-to-be 4 year old and 15 month old boys, I needed something to keep them contained when we are out and carnivals/festivals during the summer, and also to offer them someplace to rest when they get tired.  I looked around on the internet reading several reviews and comparing prices, etc. and in the end was pretty torn over which stroller to purchase!  In the end my thriftiness won out and I went with the cheapest, because it had good reviews and of course the price.  I am so pleased with my choice!  It opens/closes really easily, it's easy...

I have struggle to find a great double stroller for a while.  I have tried several and after finally finding the Jeep wrangler twin sport umbrella stroller, I would not trade it for anything!!  Double strollers can get very heavy and hard to stear, but this one is very easy to use and does not feel hard to push.  Even with older heavier children in it, it is great.  I've used it for infants and toddlers and it works great for everyone.  It has an option to recline to seat as well so for sleeping children or babies it is a perfect possition.  I have yet to find a doorway that it does not fit...

I got the jeep wrangler twin sport umbrella stroller while I was pregnant with my second child, I knew I would be needing a double stroller as my children are less than two years apart. It folds up smaller than most double strollers and is much lighter also. My faverite thing about this stroller is that the seats lay back for sleeping children. Another great feature is the back of the seat is mesh and has a flap that can be down for cold days or roll up for those hot south georgia days. It is a little agrivating in tight places like shopping at the mall but the pros outway the cons!

I bought two nice umbrella strollers - one was a eurotrend, and the other was a jeep. Both are perfect for small babies, and much nicer than your standard $10 stroller. However, the Eurotrend is a better stroller for the price. The jeep is more expensive, the visor doesn't seem to want to stay on, or do a very good job of shading or protecting from the rain. It also has two very small storage bags on the sides, and no storage basket underneath. It is very light and folds easily, but for the price, there are better umbrella strollers out there.

I have not actually used one of these strollers but have observed them being used many times.  I love the idea for that mom of more than one.  It is a wonderful idea to be able to exercise with your children and maybe they even enjoy the time outside.
