Jeep Liberty Urban Terrain 3-Wheel Stroller —
I bought this stroller brand new off from ebay for $140.Its a GREAT stroller with many different options.
Its VERY Comfortable for my son, has a HUGE storage basket, with lots of other smaller storage compartments on it, a MAJOR Plus!
It has a nice child tray which features a removable musical/Car Starting noises steering wheel, the tray also has 2 Cup Holders, 1 is a juice/cup holder in 1.
The Parent Tray is Magnificant, with 2 cup holders which fits most bottles of water. And to top it off the Parent tray has a place to plug in your Ipod/Cd Player/Mp3 Player so you and your baby/child can listen to music on the run, it actually has speakers above your childs head that sound VERY nice, I was expecting low quality sound, not the case at all! GREAT SOUND!! =) Wonderful for those of you who love to be outdoors walking and want to listen to your favorite tunes.
The stroller is NOT a Jogging stroller it was made to face All Terrain but not for jogging, Although I use it as that. Made me wonder if this isnt a jogging stroller why add the option of the front wheel to either swivel or made to stay going straight..hmm..All in all Ive used it as a Jogging stroller! hehe I give it a 3 out of 5 as a jogging stroller, its kind of heavy and you have to be careful on turns when jogging.
Anyway back to the stroller options. The wheels are Inflatable, which makes a VERY VERY Smooth ride for your child, not like the normal plastic wheels of most strollers which is very bumpy, noisy, and uncomfortable to ride in. The great side of the Infatable tires is that this stroller COMES WITH a tire pump and it even has its own little spot in the bottom of your storage basket for the pump!! It would take a lot of force and beating to get these wheels to pop so dont worry yourself about that. It reclines in any position youd want, BUT You have to recline the seat ALL the way before folding it up. It has a one hand folding option I still use two, and it also is a free standing stroller when folded something many parents prize!!
The Cons I do have with this stroller is that although a great stroller with a lot of storage you have to deal with its larger size, and if you have a smaller car its VERY hard to get into your trunk without fighting it for minutes. It also began to squeak not long after i bought it but this isnt a stroller problem itself, with any stroller wheel of any kind if it starts to squeak just add some grease to its wheel axels, has to be the liquid kind u pour. Just Pour where the wheel meets the stroller and start to roll it around and reapply some more, until the squeaking stops. =)
Also, I've had my stroller now for over 6months and its front wheel for some reason wants to Always veer off to the right, which is very hard to handle when walking outside around corners up/down hills with a full load in my stroller. Otherwise I've had no problems, the plastic does scratch easily, but with a good wipe down it always comes out looking near brand new.
It does have a 5 point harness, which has swivels on them so it makes it SO MUCH easier to readjust the straps if they do get tangled, and all in all I give this stroller 4stars! I gave it 4 stars because of the sheer size of this stroller is large for someone like me driving a honda civic, and also because its front wheel is veering off to the left. Otherwise this stroller is Excellent!
I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Very Comfortable stroller for their son or daughter! =)
I also want to add that my son is a Very Big Boy stays in the 95% percintile hes huge at 1, and he still has A LOT more room to grow in this, so Im very happy about that to!!
