Jeep Liberty All-terrain Stroller Review Summary

Once baby arrives, parents who are into sports and all kinds of outdoor activities want a stroller that is going to accommodate those interests. The Jeep Liberty All-Terrain stroller definitely fits that bill with a ride that is “very smooth on bumpy terrain.” Built with parents in mind, the Jeep Liberty comes with cup holders, a large storage area and a place to plug in a CD or MP3 player. There are “lots of recline options” as well as a five point harness to keep baby secure and comfortable. In addition to comfort for baby the Jeep Liberty includes a steering wheel and mirror toys that little ones love. With all these features though, be prepared to heft the Jeep Liberty since it definitely “is huge and bulky.” Overall the Jeep Liberty All-Terrain is “great for active lifestyle parents.“ Want to read more all-terrain/jogging stroller reviews... click here.

My stroller plights.... — I have three children, and for various reasons, I have had around nine strollers (that's right, nine). First off, I am on my 3rd umbrella stroller. I have not found one that lasts too long. You have to have an umbrella stroller for those quick trips, in addition to… read full review »

I have this stroller, and overall it is good, it is bulky, and both my son and daughter could not use it until they were 9 months old.  It doesn't sit up good and I cannot stand the string in the back that you have to tighten to get it to sit up straight.  It is impossible to do when… read full review »

This stroller originally caught our (well, my) eye becuase it looks SO DARN COOL!! But, as I got to researching it, turns out it was exactly what we (by we, I mean me!) were looking for. We are into sports and do all kind of outdoor activities and our little one goes EVERYWHERE with us. This stroller is great if you buy it for use as its intended purpose - very smooth on bumpy terrain, easy to push and navigate on varying surfaces. — I love the music player hook-up feature, too, but truthfully it just makes it SO much easier to take baby stroller "off-roading." I love that you can… read full review »

I just love the Jeep Liberty stroller. It is amazingly well made. It has been on long walks, in and out of the car, to the park, on the beach, rough terrain, and seen tons of restaurants and stores. — No problems with the tires after three years of use. My daughter is almost four and still fits in with no problems. — There is also a music option that you can plug your mp3 player into and listen to music. I love this. — The only issue I have with is adjusting the seat can be a pain, but not such a big issue that I wouldn't buy this again. — My… read full review »

I purchased this stroller about 6 months ago and I have to say it has held up really well.  The fabric/material seems to resist stains and is a good color for masking any marks.  Our previous stroller (a Graco light green color) could not compare with this!  My son seems to be really comfortable in the stroller and even takes naps quite comfortably from time to time.  It's a really smooth ride as long as you keep the tires pumped up with air (it comes with a pump).  We've used the speakers occasionally when we remember to bring our Ipod out with us, but mostly we use… read full review »

Wow.  The external speaker for your ipod means no headphones, and my daughter loves to groove too!  Nice handle grip and position - for me.  I can see where very tall or very petite parents might be uncomfortable. — Plenty of storage space.  Nice and stable, doesn't tip even when my 2 year old beats me to it and tries to climb in by herself.  Seems roomy enough that she won't outgrow it for a couple of years. — The air filled, bicycle type tires seemed like a good idea, and probably make for a nicer ride for her, but they are a pain in the rear for… read full review »

No longer do I have to "put my back into it" when pushing my stroller. I can go over rocks, tall grass, go uphill, you name it - with EASE! She is a big fan of storage, like I am, and the basket underneath this thing is huge, plus it has two side cargo bags and a little compartment with lid on the top (did I mention 4 cup holders?). For the first time, I am ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with my stroller. I literally love this thing! The pros are listed at the top - too many to repeat...but I will elaborate on the one con: The seat has many reclining positions, but to adjust you have to loosen a… read full review »

We selected this stroller before our baby was even born and have not been sorry!  The 5-point harness system worked well while he was little and was easily converted to a 3-point system when he got bigger by removing the shoulder straps.  The stroller is very comfortable for our baby and the reclining seat is perfect for when he's ready to nap and we're out & about.  We took this stroller on a 10-day trip to WDW and were very glad we had it.  The basket underneath was big enough to hold all our gear required for being out all day.  The cup holders were nice for a… read full review »

I was looking for a jogging stroller when I bought this. When I bought it I thought it was a jogging stroller... I was disappointed to get it home and realize it is NOT an offical jogging stroller. However my husband has used this in 2 mini-marathons and has had no issues with it. This is a GREAT stroller. Lots of basket space, you can plug a CD player or MP3 player into it... it has a place for your drink, etc. I actually LIKE the toggle and string feature as it helps get the perfect recline posistion - not just whatever 2 or 3 posistions normal. It comes with its own small tire pump -… read full review »

This stroller is great for the person who likes to take a walk with a baby or child and listen to music over the speakers.  My husband likes that he can attach his MP3 player and listen as he walks.  I am not a big music fan, however, and don't like how it takes up a lot of room in my trunk.  It would be great if it would fold flatter.  My husband and son also like the musical steering wheel which can easily be detached as necessary.  It has a large basket underneath and great little side pockets to carry napkins and snacks.  The cup holders are fine for… read full review »

I bought this stroller so I could start running again, but the wheels deflate quickly and it starts to pull to one side or the other. It also doesn't fold up hardly at all, so it is impractical to take in the car, so we're limited to places we can walk/run to, and there are some nice jogging paths that are a short car ride away, which we can't use. — I did like all the cargo space (1 bag on each side and big basket below) and my son really enjoys the built-in steering wheel and horn. Haven't been able to figure out the music plug-in thing yet. There are 2 kid cup holders (one… read full review »

This is a great stroller for walkers (not joggers) who face rough or uneven ground, damaged sidewalks, gravel drives, etc., provided you have adequate storage space for this monster.  It's best if you have a carport, laundry room, mud room, etc., where you can store it full-sized.  Although it "collapses" down, it is still huge...filling the rather large trunk of my Avalon (I imagine there are many trunks that would just be small.)  Seems comfortable for child and adult walker, although shild cannot sit straight up (and sometimes has trouble reaching snack/toy tray and cup… read full review »

I think this stroller is the best.  I think that it is made by a very traditional company that puts quality into its products.  I appreciate the fact that they made a durble product  that provides a safe ride for my children —  I love this jogging stroller because my daughter can play as if she is driving, but really is just enjoyin the ride behind the five point harness.  I think that it is excellent for any type of trip, especially if you live in an area where outdoor activities are a day to day activity.  My only problem with it is that the front tire… read full review »

I love this stroller.  It was around $130 at Babies R' Us 2 years ago.  I think they have an updated version now, but still no double stroller.  :( — When I just have my toddler, this is the stroller of my choice.  It is sooo easy to use, from unfolding to folding to pushing it.  The sunshade goes way over his head so there's never a worry about that either. — The cup holders are great on top and around my son.  — I trust this stroller and think it's high quality for a fraction of the cost of some other strollers out… read full review »

This is the first stroller I have ever bought.  My husband wanted a jogging stroller but I also wanted a stroller for walking/shopping.  The Jeep Liberty Urban Terrain stroller is great for both.  It has a locking front wheel for jogging and then unlocks for everyday use.  It has great manueverability, and is slim enough to fit between clothes racks.  The style I bought also came equiped with speakers.  This allows me to hook up a cd player or mp3 player to listen to music as i work out.  Since I bought my stroller, I have used other ones.  None of them… read full review »
