I looked for months to find just the right stroller for us. I read reviews, asked friends, did test drives at stores, stopped people on the street and generally drove my husband crazy. I finally decided on the Jeep Cherokee Sport stroller and could not be happier.

We needed a light weight, but sturdy stroller with a shade, that reclined and had a decent basket and child tray. The Jeep Cherokee sport is a dream to fold, I can do it with one hand. It fits great in the back of my car and is light enough that i can pick it up with one hand from the back. The steering is great, I have had this on sidewalks, dirt roads, and stores, all with no problem, the Jeep Cherokee sport has swivel front wheels and maneuvers very easily. The recline is adjusted with a strap in back which I like as you can make it just how baby likes it. It does take a minute to get it adjusted though and some people may not be thrilled withe that. There are bags on the side to hold things, like toys or keys or snacks. These come off and are washable. The material on this stroller is terrific in that I can wash it with a baby wipe with ease and it is very durable. It does get cold and you may want to put a blanket from the house on the back to protect your child from the chill of it on a cold day .

The shade works fine and has a panel where you can look through. There is a parent tray and basket. The basket is not huge, but I can fit small items in there, and it is more generous than you get on most lightweight strollers.

The Jeep Cherokee Sport does not have a 5 point restraint and I think this is the only thing that detracts from this stroller. Due to this i would say your baby should be at least 6 months before using this stroller. The stroller is roomy in the back and seat and the 3 point restraint actually has a large padded t-shape in the center making it comfortable. This stroller would be good for even a large toddler/small preschooler.

Price-wise, this is a very reasonable stroller. Why buy the more expensive brands when you can get a great stroller in the Jeep Cherokee sport for much less.
