Fun dance moves combined with aerobic exercises!

Comments about Jazzercise:

Began a few months ago and have already noticed a difference in dress size. Love the upbeat dance moves coupled with aerobic steps. Basic Jazzercise program is good, but I would recommend the body sculpting for a real make-over.

Jazzercise is a fun way to work out

I have been doing Jazzercise for the last year and I love it. I only wish that I started a long time ago! Jazzercise is a fun way to workout and it only last for one hour, which is nice with my busy schedule. You start with a few stretch exercises and do a few warm up exercises to get your hear rate going. Then you pretty much just dance. What is nice about it is that the rutein stays the same for a few weeks (I only think they change it a few times a year). It gives everyone a chance to learn it, but yet it still gets mixed up after a few weeks so that you don't get board. What is also nice is that when they mix up the program you do new dances that will work different part of your body so that you are working all parts of it. When doing any kind of workout program it is important to stick to a rutein for a few weeks but then change it because it "shocks" your body. If you don't change it up, after a bit your body will stop receiving the benefits of what you are doing. After a nice workout you do a cool down which is pretty much stretching and a little yoga. You feel so good when you are done!

Fun way to get your exercise in

I've been doing Jazzercise off and on for the last 9 years (I took a couple of years off when my kids were really little as I just didn't have the time to do it). I missed it so much I had to go back. This is the most fun you can have while working out. Never boring, they change their routines frequently (I'm thinking every 10 weeks or so), they have classes for people of all skill levels...so even if you have no rhythym you can do Jazzercise. They offer a high impact and a low impact version in every single class...which is great because they are reaching out to new and old members. You work as hard as you like. I consistently burn around 750 per 1 hour class...I haven't found any other exercise that allows me to burn that many calories in 1 hour. I love it!
