This backpack is great as far as backpacks go. Jansport always has high quality products. My only problem is the zipper. The zipper is intentionally covered up to make the backpack look nicer, but that also adds an annoyance because it is forever getting caught. It is difficult to access the zipper sometimes. You must unwork to uncover it first, and then unzip. Also, the zipper is usually the first thing to break. I have used 3 Jansport backpacks in my life, and the zipper is the thing that causes me to stop using it.
