Comments about Janome Magnolia Computerized Sewing Machine:
This is great for a beginner! I am new to sewing. This machine has a great variety of stitches, easy buttonholes (from what I read anyway in the manual and at the dealer.) I haven't tackled them yet. It could use more feet attachments included for the price.
Stitches have width and length adjustment with computerized controls. They all come out looking great!
Ease of Use
The computerized panel is great. Each stitch shows a picture and they are labeled as to which foot you need to use for the stitch. It has an extra thread spool to wind bobbin without unthreading the machine. The threading guides are on the machine. There is a needle threader on the machine that takes a little practice but helps out a lot.
The machine feeds fabric through well for you.
This machine gives many options for sewing , repair as well as decorative stitches.
This machine is designed well with free arm for sleeves, pants legs and similiar. I would have rather had a better storage compartment. The storage compartment slides off to use free arm sewing. When you slide it all the attachments fall out. They cannot be placed in loose or would roll everywhere. There is a bright light on the maching that helps me greatly.
The machine sees durable and the brand is known for it's durability for years.
