Quick View: This foundation is all natural and long wearing. It's dewy and doesn't settle into fine lines. It evens out my skin tone and conceals little imperfections. Best of all it's very inexpensive. Love it!

About Jane Be Pure Mineral Liquid Foundation

I wrote a review about Jane Be Pure Mineral Skin Perfecting Sheer Foundation and really liked it. I still do but, as the weather gets cooler and my skin goes back to its ghostly pallor, I like to wear slightly heavier foundations. I discovered Jane Be Pure Mineral Liquid Foundation at Rite Aid and just had to try it. At just $5.99 on sale (usually $6.99), I figured I really couldn't go wrong. I bought two shades, one for when my skin is still a bit tan and one for when the ghoulish look returns.

This one ounce pump bottle of all natural mineral foundation is oil free, talc free, and fragrance free. It has natural SPF in it for skin protection. It comes in only six shades, from very fair to tan. I don't know why Jane would stop at a deep medium shade and not make a few darker shades but they tend to do that with all their foundations.

This foundation is amazing. It pumps out in a thin ribbon and smooths on my skin like silk. I can use just a bit for sheer coverage or I can use more for fuller coverage. I really like that this foundation, while all natural like power foundations, doesn't look cakey or unnatural on my skin. It's dewy and soft. I love how my skin looks when I wear Jane Be Pure Mineral Liquid Foundation and it lasts all day. I never have to bother touching up after I apply it.

I do have the Jane Be Pure Mineral Makeup which is crushed minerals in powder form. I don't use that as a foundation often but I do sometimes use it over this foundation to set it. The two work well together. I follow up with Jane Be Pure Mineral Blush and their mineral eye shadows. I even use Jane's mineral concealer. The whole line is inexpensive and very good quality.

If you can find a match for your skin, definitely give this foundation a try. It's inexpensive and all natural. It's great for sensitive skin and really does a good job evening out skin tone and readying your face for blush or bronzer.

My Viewpoint

I really, really like Jane Be Pure Mineral Liquid Foundation. I find myself reaching for it over all the many high end foundations that I own. I feel good that I am using all natural ingredients on my skin and I love the coverage it gives me. This foundation is not a full coverage one. If you need a heavy foundation, you probably won't want to try this. But if you like sheer to medium coverage and like all natural makeup in liquid form, it honestly doesn't get better than this. I have to go with 5 stars.

LOL LOL! It works for me but I have no idea how it works for others. It sure did help to get some color this summer. I miss it. I wish I could tan in a bed all winter but I don't want wrinkles. Well, more wrinkles that is. :)

I'm trying this when I run out of L'Oreal True Match, which has not been the match for me. Really excited that I can find this at CVS for under $10 too! Oh beauty diva... I'm bowing with your sis on this one. "We're not worthy, we're not worthy" ;)

I really like this foundation. It's not a full coverage one but it looks very natural (and IS natural).

I don't usually use foundation. I've been wanting to get some and I think this would be ideal for the way my skin tone is right now. Plus great for sensitive skin? I think I'll be trying this one. Thamks, Patty.

I'm tan now because I was forced to sit in the sun for an hour a day to get Vitamin D. But it's fading fast. I'll miss it! This is good foundation if you don't like heavy coverage. It's dewy too. If you have oily skin, you may not like the soft dewy finish. If not, just apply the powder foundation or any powder over it to make your face matte.

I'm going to Rite Aid on Thursday, so I'll probably get me some of that foundation. I have a tanning bed, but I'm too lazy to get in it.......so I've got a "pale" face too. LOL!!

You can find specials of buy one Jane be Pure product, get one free or half off at Rite Aid and other places. I hope they keep their line low priced and they add even more stuff to it although they have quite a good line up now.

I've got to give this a try since it's a mineral foundation and "cheap". Thanks for the great review!!
