I was just "hanging out" in the cosmetics aisle waiting for a prescription to be filled and noticed the Jane be pure Mineral Crushed Blush.  My regular brand was running low so I decided to give it a go.

[goes with Jane be pure Mineral Foundation]

The company's website states, "A light-weight powder blush made with finely crushed minerals that help nourish your skin and blend easily. Talc Free, Oil Free, Fragrance Free that won't clog pores."

Great Value:

When I got home I compared the packaging to my Bare Escentuals container.  They are exactly the same size but the Jane be pure Blush gives you .06 ounces of product versus .03 ounces of Bare Escentuals.  That is getting double the amount at a fraction of the price.  BE sells for around $20.  Jane be pure sells for under $6.  So far so good.

Tips For Use:

Next I wanted to put it to the test.  The powdered blush is applied in the same way any mineral powder is applied.  For best results use a kabuki brush, swirl color on the brush and tap to remove the excess.  Gently brush on the blush in a twirling manner.  Wow!  I love it.

Ingredients:

Kaolin,Sodium Dehydroacetate,Potassium Sorbate, May Contain: Mica CI 77019, Iron Oxides CI 77491, Irox oxides CI 77492, Iron Oxides CI 77499, Bismuth Oxychloride CI 77163, ultramarines CI 75470, manganese Violet CI 77742, Ferric Ferrocyanide CI 75410

I am about to write a review about this too. I LOVE it. I have the entire Jane be pure line and nothing has disappointed me. I like the liquid foundation better than the powder but otherwise, I'm a convert!

Isn't it amazing? :-)

Sounds like we both did the same thing but with different products. I am a Clinique girl and my makeup cost between $20-40 depending on what I am buying. I was shopping the other day and noticed Loreal's all natural/mineral makeups. I bought the face powder for $10.54. It also comes in crushed powder for the same price. I chose the face powder because it was in a compact. Both are at Walmart with a MSRP of $12.88 but selling for $10.54.

Sorry. It goes on exactly like Bare Escentuals. In fact, if you didn't see the container you might think they were the same product. I wouldn't recommend trying to put this on in the car naked. ;-)

I'll have to give this a try. Great review! Do you find this to make your clothes all messy?? I have to put my makeup on naked if I'm going to use loose powder... and now that I usually put my makeup on in my car (parked) I don't think it would be recommended. ;)
