Jane Oil Free Foundation —

Jane Oil Free Foundation is a foundation that provides a very light coverage. I love it for days when I want a very "natural look". After you apply this makeup, it looks like you don't have any make-up on, yet your flaws or any uneven skin tone areas are covered. Seriously, I found this foundation to be very NATURAL. The price averages anywhere from $3.99-$4.99 a bottle, a very good value!

How Did it Perform For Me?

I found Jane Oil Free Foundation to be non-sticky, and also provided me with an oil-free finish. The coverage could last a little longer but will get you through a normal 6-8 hour work day. I found that my skin was indeed oil-free unless I stayed outdoors in the hot sun. However, going outdoors in the heat in Southern Louisiana will melt any makeup! I don't complain about the coverage of Jane Oil-Free Foundation only lasting for 6-8 hours, since the price of this foundation is only $3.99/$4.99 a bottle compared to $12.00 or more for other leading brands that do not perform as well as this one. I purchased my first bottle of Jane Oil Free Foundation at Rite-Aid and later found it in one of the Walmart stores in Baton Rouge. When I looked at our local Walmart, it wasn't available so back to Rite-Aid I went. The price difference wasn't much, about a buck between the two stores. Your best buy is Rite-Aid when they put Jane cosmetics on sale for 40-50% off!

Most of the shades are lighter shades and lean toward their natural performance. I found that I liked the Soft Beige the best, although I still use the Beige every now and then for a change in the summer months.

About The Foundation

Jane Oil Free Foundation comes in a little glass bottle that holds 1 fl. oz of foundation. The bottle is clear with a black top. Package states for best results to dot on forehead, cheeks, chin and blend carefully with upward strokes.

This foundation is available in the following shades: Ivory, Bisque, Vanilla, Beige, Naturally Tan and Soft Beige.

Although this line was orignially created for teenage girls, it has become very popular in the last few years. This could be due to the home company, Sassaby Inc. being owned by Estee Lauder. This is a good quality makeup and product for very few bucks! I like it! 4 VP's!
