Daisy, which Jamison mattress do you have that is soft?

I special ordered a custom size in the Jamison Embrace mattress. It was EXTREMELY SOFT in the store, but the one that I received is EXTREMELY FIRM.

I even called the Franklin, Tennesssee, plant b4 ordering and was told that the Embrace was the same mattress--no matter what store from where I ordered it.

My foam mattress states that it is a Jamison Equalizer Embrace mattress. I understood that it was the 5-Star Resort Collection Foam Mattress.
