Have not slept since buying this mattress it is just a big piece of foam rubber that sinks in the middle and leaves an indention it's hard to roll on your side and I wake up several times during the night and I get up with a back ache every morning. It's also hard to get out of because it sinks down to the box springs.

Hugely disappointed in the overall quality and durability. I travel 12-15 days a month and stay in Marriott hotels. I was so happy with the "Marriott" bed that I bought one. However, within 6 months I was sleeping in a huge gully, not normal contouring Comfort Even after rotating the bed every week for the first 6 months we still developed huge gullies that we were sleeping in making us very uncomfortable. Durability Developed 3" gullies within 6 months of purchase.

Several weeks ago my sisters and I joined our older sister in Park City Utah for a sister's get together. We stayed at the Marriott Mountainside Resort in Park Cit Ut.. I had driven Sat. night & Sun. morn to get to the cemetary with everyone else. I had little sleep, a long day, dinner out and when we finally made it to the Inn, checked in, chatted, I was worn out. I crawled into the most wonderful experience on a mattress that I can talk about in a survey. Sure I was tired but it was like nothing I had ever slept on. We have a great Ca King mattress at home and I have always thought of it as the best there was. The next morning, everyone had somewhere to be but me. I got up with everyone else and then crawled back into bed to watch a little tv, before getting up. I woke up a few hours later to discover it was really 5 pm & my sisters were beginning to show back up. I assumed it was 10 am or maybe noon, but nothing could have prepared me for the fact that I had slept the entire day without moving or waking. They were all giving me a hard time about being lazy, sleeping the whole day, but my neice, who was my roomy ripped the sheets off to see what we had been sleeping on. One of your mattresses was responsible for such a wonderful night and day of sleep. I cannot say I have ever slept all night and the next day too, without even rolling over. And if I did roll over, I didnt know it. I came home determined to buy one of the items to replicate the experience.

Worst mattress ever. Mattress is sagging leaving a huge hump in the middle. Both wife and I experience horrible back pains. Good news is that I travel and don't have to sleep on it as often... Really bad mattress

I LOOOOOOOVE Marriotts bedding upgrades! I honestly wouldnt buy one because money is tight BUT if I ever had it to spare this would be one of my first investments! I always look forward to a stay at Marriott because of these beds. They are firm, yet supportive and I always wake up feeling rested.

With my bed and mattress over 15 years old, I wanted a replacement. My wife and I thought we had found it when we stayed at a Marriott for two nights in N. California in fall 2010. We went back to the same hotel in late January of 2011 and again we loved the bed. In March of 2011 I ordered the Marriott bed. Before ordering I called the Marriott sales number two times and got them to double check which mattress the hotel was using to make sure I was ordering the same one. I also checked the reviews at this site and others. I ordered the Supreme Foam Plush (9" deep) foam mattress. The only differfence was that I ordered a queen instead of a king sized mattress. I was confident. However, when we got the mattress, while we tried to pretend to ourselves that we had not made an expensive mistake, it just did not feel the same. It was pefectly OK, but not really any better than my 15 year old bed. I thought well maybe it's a matter of time and "breaking in" the mattress. But six months later, there is no difference. I am bewildered. I intend to call the company but do not expect any refund or explantion--hence my procrastination. Comparing the two labels, the bed we slept on at the Marriott was made 11/11/2008 and the one I ordered was made 2/08/11. The only other difference was that the model number of the bed we slept in was 907110-1058; Prototype 1121-10-201 and the model number I received was 9091201050; prototype 1989730. Thus my advice is buyer beware

I read several reviews before I bought the Marriott Bed. Some good, some bad. I did alot of research because the bed is not returnable, they stress that when you order, with such a big purchase I wanted to be sure. Some said the mattress in the hotel isn't the same as what you buy, all sorts of things. I purchased the supreme foam plus. I recommend the synthetic mattress topper, the bed seems quite firm at first without it. I went with the whole shebang, bed, linens, mattress topper, down comforter and pillows. I love it. I ordered the king size. It was a 4-6 week delivery time, all are made to order. I was surprised to get the bed in about 2 1/2 weeks, it was great. I love this bed. My husband and I are sleeping great, waking with no aches and pains. Exactly the same sleep experience as the hotel, except I have to make my own bed now.

I had been complaining about my mattress for a long time, then went on vacation and slept on the Jameson Marriott mattress. I wanted to drag the bed home with me! It was SO comfortable. I took the covers off to see what kind of mattress it was. When I get the money this is what I will be buying for sure! I'm not sure on the price, but I doubt if it costs as much as a TempurPedic. I slept through the night 3 nights in a row on this bed, that's unheard of for a mom of 2 toddlers.

We've had this mattress for a couple of years now. It reminds me of the ones my grandparents used to have with the indentations on each side where two people sleep and a "hump" in the middle where no one lays. They're supposed to have a good warranty, but you have a big hassle to get it taken care of, and ours has been discontinued, so we have to pay to "upgrade" to the new ones.
