James Patterson has done it again! This book was a page turner all the way. This is another book in the series with Dr. Alex Cross. A former FBI agent. Cross has turned in his badge for private practice, to simplify his life. He is dating a Homicide Detective with the Washington DC police and of course gets pulled into a case.
The return of the Mastermind is awesome! The Mastermind (Kyle Craig) used to be a very close friend of Alex Cross and his boss at the FBI. Cross was the one who took him down. Craig escapes from prison and comes back to Washington for revenge. On top of that Cross is trying...

I loved the fact that he made where two of his past enemies are willing to team up against someone who defeated them. Also the fact that he is both cop and psychiatrist makes the way he solves the crimes so interesting. This book is a thriller from beginning to end.... review »
Another great book from James Patterson. It was a very good thriller. It is another book in the series about Dr. Alex Cross. He was a former FBI agent and now into private practice. He gets involved with the homicide detective and then rejoins forces with her to solve a series of crimes. Mastermind is back along with another serial killer. Are they together or not??
I never read the other books in the series but I did enjoy these books.
James Patterson is one of my favorite authors I enjoyed this book on Double cross alot I already read all of his books. I am waiting for the next book that comes out. James Patterson chapters are 2 or three pages long which I like they are nice and short other books that I read one chapter drags on and on more than 5 or 10 pages too long.
No one writes a better actrion thriller than James Patterson. Alex Cross again comes through against haeavy odds in Double Cross. Patterson keeps you on the edge of your seat in this fast moving thriller. Once you start reading you won't be able to put it down. This is definitely a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.
