Fast, complete tax prep with great results

Jackson Hewitt saved me a bundle of money on my taxes. For years my brother did out taxes for us and we got meager returns. It was hours and hours of going over receipts and paperwork. This year we took them to Jackson Hewitt and in an hour and a half, they found a quite a few deductions that my brother had missed in years past. Not only did they get us a bigger refund, but they also helped us file an amended form for last year and the money we got back more than paid for the cost of the service. I have an accounting background and worked for a Jackson Hewitt franchise one tax season. I found most of the employees to have no accounting education. They took the Jackson Hewitt training class, do it yourself at your own speed. After that you still have basicaly no knowledge of taxes. You just follow the prompt on the computer screen. Their fees were just as much or more than having your taxes prepared by a CPA. I felt I had to take advantage of those who could least afford it by offering "Rapid Refund". I did our taxes on Turbo Tax last year and it was really frustrating. I had nobody to ask questions when the program was unclear. I took them to Jackson Hewitt this year and they asked me to bring in last year's return. They reviewed it and amended it for me and got me more MONEY! They asked me alot of questions about things I didn't even know I could claim! The preparer was professional and courteous. I will definitely go back!

I have used Jackson Hewitt tax services for the past three years. Before I went to a CPA but his prices would go up about $25.00 a year. The people at Jackson Hewitt were friendly and efficent. I recently moved and needed to get my tax from from last year and they took the time to research it for me, pulled them up, and handed them over with a smile.

In Smithfield there are two offices that you can visit, one is beside Andy's on Brightleaf blvd. and the other is a kiosk located inside of Wal-Mart. You can find coupons on jacksonhewitt.com. Come on in and let our professional tax preparers get you the biggest possible refund!

I like this company because they are easily found in wal mart stores during tax time. There is also a $15 off coupon that you can print out online before you go and see them.
