The Jack LaLanne Power Juicer is one of my favorite kitchen appliances.  We bought it so that we can introduce healthier juice options to our children, especially during our oldest's stages of avoiding veggies altogether.

This juicer is more trouble than it's worth sometimes. I am very health conscious and do not mind taking time for my health but this juicer was not worth the price tag. I bought this juicer after seeing the infomercial and was excited to juice bigger fruit faster. I've had it for a little over 2 weeks... review »

I bought this new, but slightly damaged from a local store for $20 - so for the price i paid it is very good. It gets a lot of juice out of veggies and fruit, and the pulp is pretty dry. It is the only juicer i've used, so i am by no means an "expert", but for me, it works good.

It also comes with a recipe book with some pretty yummy recipes...and you can use the pulp in things like muffins and lasagna...really a lot of options with this one machine.

I picked up the Jack LaLane power juicer after reading several positive reviews and researching other comparable juicers.  Honestly, I think this is the best!  While it is larger then other juicers, it is much more heavy duty.  You don't have to waste time chopping vegetables into smaller pieces, I'm able to put a whole apple in there without a problem.

Also, the pulp extraction is far superior to others I've seen.  While I haven't tried it, you can use the pulp in baking!

If you are into juicing, I highly recommend this product.  The only downside is that you have to disassemble it almost immediately...

This juicer is wonderful!! I only found one downfall and that is the spout would have been better placed higher. You have to use a short glass to catch the extraction and when I juice I juice for 2, or for my container and would have liked to have had the spout higher. The machine itself is such high quality for the money though I love mine. I have owned several others which cost around the price of the Jack Lalane but they couldn't produce the quality of juice that the Jack Lalane does. My pulp is pretty dry so it really extracts well.

I bought the power juicer about a year ago for only 99 dollars plus tax.  For under 100 dollars this may be the best juicer around.  Its easy to take apart to clean, it's durable, and it isnt loud like other juicers.  The pulp sometimes can be still wet but you will definatly get more juice from this juicer than other ones.  The best thing about this unit is the wide chute for fruits.  Not everything fits in it but most apples, limes, lemons, pears, and other smaller items fit right in the chute without cutting them up beforehand.  Also when I bought my juicer, it also came with multiple... review »

After four tries with returning other brands when the motor blew out after the second use, I finally tried the Jack Lalanne. In hinesight, I should have bought the more expensive model. The model I have works fine, but takes longer, and is not as efficient with pulping as the elite models are.

Can wait to get this, I've had juice from my friends juicer though... I owned a juice type restaurant for a while and wish I'd had it then!! I'm most excited about getting it because I just started to become more earth friendly... I want to use the pulp/scrap to compost! It will really feed the worms well I think (I saw the idea on a talk show) and then I'll have really healthy dirt for the spring to start planting. I can't wait!

we recently bought two of these power juicers so that we can have one clean and ready to go anytime. they work well, maybe not as good as the commercials make it look, there is more waste than they show if you do anything more than an apple, but we have had other juicers and these are way better!

No offense Mr. Lalanne, but this is awful; misrepresentation of information.....  Falsified (3) items; 1) You do have to cut items up; does not allow "full" hardly anything....(2) Difficult to clean; takes about 45 mins. to clean....(3) You do not inform individuals; it easily stains; which adds up over time, and this is only after 12 uses.

Don't get me wrong; you seem to be an awesome individual; trying to help others in dire need....I really think you all should test your stuff before putting on the market

Thank you very much for your time and efforts; greatly appreciated.....Remember:

I bought this juicer thinking it was the best thing in the juicing business. I brought it home and tried to put it together. It was very hard to put it together but then again I shrugged that off thinking it was going to be worth the trouble. It wasn't. I put in whole fruits and vegetables. The juice tasted ok but was pretty grainy. I put in a whole apple to make apple juice and it gave me about one inch of juice. I was not very happy because fruit is expensive and if that is all it is going to give me than asta la vista, goodbye juicer. I returned it and bought the magic bullet instead. Now that... review »

I recieved this juicer as a gift about 2 yrs ago and I absolutley LOOOOOVE it.I use it every day . This is the only juicer that I have come across that will get evry drop possible out of the fruit or veggie. And it seperates the juice from the pulp so if you want to add it to your juice you can or you can leave it out.The hole where you drop the fruit is so big that you can put hole apple or pears in it and it will seperate the core from the juice and it wont ever dull the blade. My kids really enjoy the juicer to .My son is always asking for juice out of it .And as added fun he likes to create...

The Jack Lalanne Power Juicer is the best.  I paid $99 for it at Bed, Bath, and Beyond a couple of years ago.  This juicer is very easy to use and comes with a great recipe book for mixing fruits and vegetables into great healthy drinks.  My family loves the fresh apple juice from the Power Juicer.  You just throw the entire apple in the juicer - peel, seeds, core and all.  The apple juice comes out dark and thick and you know it has to be good for you.  Orange juice is equally as easy to make, although you do need to peel the orange first or the juice would be bitter.  The Jack Lalanne...
