My wife insisted that I try Jack Black Intense Therapy Lip Balm on a recent shopping trip to Sephora. I already use alot of Jack Black products but didn't know that they made lip balm as well. We live in a very cold weather area, so a good lip balm that works well is a must have. I go through lip balms and chap-sticks very quickly. After using this lip balm through this harsh winter, I must say it is my go to lip balm. The Jack Black Lip Balm doesn't taste chemically or leave your lips chapped after it wears off like some brands of chap-sticks and lip balms. In fact, the tingly sensation and pleasant scent of this lip balm is a plus. It is definitely worth a try and my wife often uses it too!

Jack Black's Mint flavored lip balm is one of my all time favorites. It is made from well-chosen ingredients and has sun protection. I have tried the Lemon Butter & the Acai flavors, but mint will always be my favorite. It goes on clear & smoothly, leaving the refreshing minty tingle. It does not have any unpleasant taste/smells. It also comes in the type of lip balm dispenser with a screw on cap so it is ideal for leaving in your car without fear of melting & making a mess. I keep one in every car, purse, & in my coat pocket at work. It's long lasting so I even keep one at bedside to use right before I go to sleep. My lips feel great in the morning. I bought the trio pack a couple years ago for my bridesmaids and they loved it.

After a friend told me about Jack Black lip balm, I decided to give it a try. I wouldn't have thought to try this for myself, being a woman, but she told me it's great, and I am glad that I listened. It comes in a cobalt blue colored squeeze tube. This makes it very easy to apply. I purchased the flavor Vanilla & Lavender. I was slightly worried that it might be that fabric softener type of lavender vanilla fragrance, which I have grown so tired of smelling.  Upon opening the tube and trying it, I was plesantly surprised. It is thick, quite thick. I squeezed some out of the tube and was relieved to smell that it has the scent of a true lavender and vanilla scent. I would say it is an even balance of the two fragrances. No artificial smelling lavender vanilla! It is quite lovely and relaxing. I especially like to use this before bed, as the scent helps me to relax. The lip balm is very effective at healing dry lips, and keeping them protected. It is better than more expensive brands that I have tried.
