If you are looking for total relaxation, this is a wonderful hotel. Our room was more than adequate, the staff was superb. The staff met all of our needs regardless of how small our request. Our view of the pool, lagoon, and ocean, all at the same time, was an added bonus. We totally enjoyed the evening entertainment - which we could watch and hear from our balcony. All of the companies that we used that the Ihilani contracted with more than meet our standards. We were able to take a private tour of the island and the concierge recommended a wonderful company. At check in we were suprised with a suit. The seprate dressing room has two large closets that had room for all four of us. The bathroom has two seprate vanity's a large glass enclosed shower with bench and a comfortable tub. The large robs were nice too. The sleeping area held two very comfortable full sized beds. The living space was set up with a sofa and chairs also a fully appointed desk. The view from our lanai over looked the resorts seawater ponds stocked with local fish life. JW Ihilani Resot & Spa is one of the best experiences one can have. The facility is well equiped with many attractions example 4 Lagoons 5 restaurants a private beach there is no need to leave the premises. Waikiki Beach was not far however, We found everything we needed and more. The staff and service is excellent and very helpful. Very private. Loved the beaches. Overall I think the Hotel and the surrounding were great. The only thing I negative is I think if your already paying for the Hotel the parking should definately be included. That was very surprising.Entertainment: Short Drive, There is a movie theather close by, and some resturants. Shopping at the Flea Market close by. Some beautiful drives to the North Shore and Cultural Center, also Pearl Harbor. Short drive into the city and theres tons of things to do there. The J.W. Marriott was beyond our expectations. From the comfortable living area, to the bath and huge belcony we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The property grounds were well maintained and a joy to walk. All of the staff made us feel very welcome and were ready to assist us at any moment.
