JVC - HD-61FN97 Television Review

I purchased this while looking for a new HDTV for our home theater system.  I originally resigned myself to a 40 - 45" LCD or Plasma.  But when looking at Best Buy I found this 61" DLP for only $1,799!  This was $2,000 lower than other DLP's of comparable size. 

 I've had it for 6 months and have had no only two small issues.  One of the HDMI connectors is loose, where it is bumped it looses connection.  The other is a delay in display once you turn it on, it takes a while for the lamp to heat up 5 seconds.

 This has been a great HDTV, the picture is great, sound is good too, but have not used it since hooking up the sound system.  I am extremely impressed with this HDTV and would recommend it to anybody.  Especially if you can find it "new in the box" for less than $2,000 like I did.
