JVC Everio GZMG255 (30 GB) HDD Camcorder Review

My granddaughter was coming up to Alaska for a visit so I had to get a video camera.  I did some research and tried out each one at the store.  I decided on the JVC because of the hard disk storage.  I am new to using this camera but so far it has been really easy to use.  I love that it has a large hard drive so I don't have to worry about running out of storage space.  It's extremely lightweight.  It was a bit pricy but well worth the money.

It also takes still pictures which comes in handy when I don't want to fish for my digital camera.  The still pictures are of an acceptable quality but no where close to the nice pictures my regular digital camera takes, but in a pinch it does the job. 

 So far the camera seems to hold it's charge for quite some time too.  I look forward to using the camera more and learning all the small features it has.
