I have my car financed through J.P. Morgan and Chase. My car payments are due on the 20th of every month. If my payment isn't there on the 20th they call me the next day. I understand I owe them and I'm suppose to pay my bill but geeess...can I get a break? They call me at least 6 times a day. I thought you are suppose to get a 10 days grace period. There is no need for the hassles. They have someone from their call centers calling and someone from a local office near me calling. The lady who calls me from the local office is a very rude and demanding individual. She went as far as telling me what form of payment to use.
Another problem I have with Chase is the communicating with their reps. A lot of them barely speak or understand English. It is very frustrating speaking with someone who doesn't understand you. Would it hurt for them to hire people who speak the same language as their customers????
