I just recently started using this for my toddler son's bath time. This was the first time my 21 month old son had a bubble bath and honestly the bubbles scared my son. When my husband first saw the bubbles he commented how small they were and that it didn't look like a great bubble bath. After my son's reaction, we were kind of happy that the bubbles were small and didn't frighten him more than it did. This bubble bath & wash works for occasional uses, but I certainly wouldn't use it at every bath. My favorite part about the wash is the scent. It smells fantastic. He comes out of the tub smelling fresh and clean. Performance It works fine for getting my son clean and it has a great scent. It worked well for my son with the small bubbles, but if you are looking for a lot of big bubbles in a bubble bath then I wouldn't highly recommend this one. This made for a good starter bubble bath for my son. Scent The scent is by far my favorite part of this wash. It has an awesome scent.

I first tried the Johnson's Baby Bubble Bath and Wash because I was looking for a way to make bath time fun for my children without comprising quality or causing irritation to their delicate skin. Seeing I trust the Johnson's brand this particular wash was a given to try as soon as I saw it on the shelf. It smells great and the kids love the bubbles. I usually run a couple capfuls of the wash through the running water and it makes enough bubbles that last through the entire bath. I love the fact that the bubbles it makes do not disappear fast like a lot of other brands of bubble bath. None of my children really have sensitive skin although my youngest does have very dry skin and this bubble bath wash has never caused any problems or irritations to any of them. I would recommend this for kids of all ages and not just babies. Performance No complaints on the performance of this baby wash. It does the job at getting the kids clean and also produces tons and tons of bubbles. Scent The scent is some what strong although it isn't a bad smell. It smells good and lingers in the air from the bath water. I can't really put my finger on what kind of scent it is supposed to be exactly although it is pleasant.

My daughter loves bubble baths but her skin is very delicate and sensitive, so I bought this because we use a lot of Johnson's products in our home. I thought we could make her a bubble bath and this would not bother skin. I thought that this product would create more bubbles for her to play in, but I was disappointed that there was considerably less than what most bubble baths create. Also, I thought the scent was a little odd. It was not a fresh clean scent that I would come to expect from a Johnson's product. All of this said, Johnson's Baby Bubble Bath and Wash was very gentle on my daughter's skin. That was the most important thing to me. She really enjoyed her bath and I did not have to worry about the wash causing her to break out in hives. She loved playing in the bubbles and wanted to keep using it. This bubble bath is better than most that are for small children, because of the gentle factor and I would still recommend it over a lot of others on the market today.

I absolutely love the scent of this baby wash. I would recommend it for older babies or adults who like to use Johnson's product line. I wouldn't advise you to use this soap on a newborn simply because the scent lingers for a while after bathing. Although I'm sure it would be completely safe for the little one, we all want our babies to smell like babies for as long as possible.

I give Johnson's Baby Bubble Bath and Wash a score of 3. I like to try different bubble baths but I have very sensitive skin so using products designed for babies (who are known for sensitive skin) tend to not irritate my skin. I have tried other bubble baths that have irritated my skin but this product was very gentle. The amount of bubbles that this product produce is excellent. However, it doesn't have a distinct scent that would make me purchase it again. The price was good especially compared to bubble baths at other stores. Johnson's usually provides coupons once a month in the paper and you can get this product for a deal. I don't plan to purchase this product for myself. I would buy Johnson's bedtime bath that smells wonderfully of lavender. Performance This product did produce lots and lots of bubbles. Scent This product did not have a distinct scent and I would not purchase it again.

One night, I squirted a little bit of body wash into my daughter's bath water to make some bubbles and she would ask me to make bubbles every night after that. I knew that Johnson & Johnson made a bubble bath and body wash combo and went out to buy it for her. I was worried about using the small bottle in a short period of time and was surprised to see that the bathtub was full of bubbles after only squirting a quarter sized amount into the water. After letting her play with the bubbles for twenty minutes I looked up to notice that she still had a fair amount of bubbles in the water. Unfortunately, I did not like to use the product as much as a body wash. It seemed to do an okay job, but I preferred to use one of the other body washes from the Johnson & Johnson line that I was already using. Also, it does a good job of making bubbles but it did not lather good enough for me to wash her with it and the scent of it was not strong enough for me.

My 18 month old daughter suffered a severe allergic reaction to the Johnson's bath and wash. Having previously used Johnson's bedtime bath and just the normal bath one with no problems. I wonder what is so different with this one!?!? Performance Did smell as lovely as the others and did the job. However because of the allergies reaction I'd have to say poor. Scent Did smell nice

The Johnson and Johnson's Bubble Bath and Wash is very gentle and tear free. However, one of my babies has a mild form of eczema and very dry skin and this wash is definitely not helpful for that. It doesn't cause him to break out, but it probably contributes to his dry skin problems. The bubbles don't last very long in the bath and are best for those little infant bathtubs or the kitchen sink - a smaller space. In the bathtub, it will take the whole bottle to get a thin layer of bubbles on the water surface, which is kind of wasteful in my opinion. It does work fine for washing a baby's whole body and hair and would be even nicer if it had a push-down (lotion-type) spout to get the wash out that way I could keep one hand on my baby while getting some extra soap with my other hand. The smell is mild and nice and I like it better than the regular yellow Johnson's baby wash but except for that and the higher price, it doesn't seem to really be any different. Performance I actually didn't buy any more of this product due to the drying effect it had on the skin and the few bubbles it produced anyway.

I bought this for my daughter because she loves bubble baths! The bubbles worked GREAT! I put approximately 2 caps full of Johnson's Bubble bath and Wash in the tub and it made a great amount of bubbles! The smell is nice but I prefer scent free bubble bath. I tried this because my friend recommended it and I really do like it. I let my daughter normally in the bath until she gets "raisin fingers and toes" and I was greatly surprised that the bubbles lasted that long as well! I definitely feel as if I got my money's worth with this product. I would not however use this as a body wash, I found it a little drying as a body wash for my daughter. Like I said though I did not buy it for the wash I bought it for the bubbles and for the bubbles it was GREAT!

My son is 4-and-a-half and frequently gets eczema when we use even the mildest of bubble baths. So, I decided to go back to Johnson's Bubble Bath and Wash to give it a shot. I had extremely high hopes, especially after I popped open the lid to release a wonderful -- yet strong--- smell that immediately filled the bathroom. I poured it under the faucet, which activated a nice, sudsy layer of bubbles right at the bottom. It never really got much further than that, except for a few bubbles that slowly meandered toward the back of the tub. Still, it was enough to keep the kid happy while he washed. By the time he was ready to play however, most of the bubbles had disappeared, leaving a thin film along the top. Not the greatest for treasure hunting in the tub, but for now, at least the eczema patches have yet to pop up. As a parent, I'm willing to trade off the bubbles for no itchiness and a fabulous scent. As for the kid, we'll see how it goes.
