I liked them overall, but they were stopped working within a month. I will admit that I can be hard on my earphones, but normally they last me a several months or longer depending on the quality. So I knew they hadn't stopped working because of normal wear and tear. Initially I assumed that I just ended up with a faulty pair so I contacted the company. Since I obviously was still within the warranty they sent me a replacement, but this time they stopped working within a few weeks. I contacted them a second time and once again they send me another pair. These worked about two months until they decided to short out. At this point I began to wonder if it was an issue with my laptop so I decided to use a cheap pair I had stashed away. Those ended up working fine and I quickly realized the problem was the company. After that I decided not to contact them again because the problem would have likely happened again.. It's a shame because like I said I really liked the sound quality and I would have definitely purchased more products from them, had the earphones lasted longer. Comfort They felt like any other earbuds. Design Nothing new

So when you get these headphones they come with a 30 day warranty.  These headphones started to not work around the 35'th day mark, thus voiding the warranty.  Being the short tempered person i am, i e-mailed them about the problem.  They were cool as a cucumber and said it was okay and then gave me a new set of headphones free of charge (although I did have to pay for shipping).  All in all, these headphones are great, and customer service is even better.

I have been use these little headphones for several years and I own several generations of them. I bought them for my family members, too. The main reasons for me to love them are that they are comfortable to use, and very durable. They feel softer than most other in-ear headphones I've used, and they offer 3 different sizes for you to choose from. They are colorful, which would be a plus for young girls. (I bought the pink one for my 14-year-old niece and she loves it) My ears are untrained so I'm not sure how to review the sound quality. I can only say it's very satisfying for me as a general listener. It's clear, it has the details for me, it doesn't sound "thin", it has the range, and I just can't ask for more. And considering the low price, I would say it really has decent sound quality. Another thing is that it's really durable. I had other headphones at similar price and fail much more easily than Jbuds.  So far, all my Jbuds still work and I really appreciate that.

i cant even believe how well these headphones work. my mother went on amazon.com and bought me a peachy orange pair... my very favorite colour....when i tried them on, at first they were a little uncomfortable, but after a while you cant even feel them.... but the reason they were uncomfortable, was because im not used to earbuds... in fact i could not stand them at first... but when i got these i really and truly gave them a try... they are really noise reducing and do not cause you to have to turn your music up loud instead therefore it also gives you good sound quality and are really cute... i reccomend them to all types of people, with sensitive ears!!!!!!!!! and popping ears... the whole nine yards i mean they should even feature this in every store like target, walmart, coscos, foot locker, lucys....... and i won a free thrip with them to with their special!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These IEM's are a great value for the price. The build quality is quite good although the cable does seem a bit delicate for IEM's in this price range. The microphonics were not too bad as I noticed which is a good thing. I thought the sound quality was a little lacking on the low end but over all it was pretty level. Nothing really stuck out which is rare for IEM's of this price range. I though that the highs were especially good. The amount of colors that they are offered in is nice if you are just looking for style. Comfort is pretty good as well. They come with 3 differnet size silicon and the medium ones fit my ears well. They are certinly not the best IEMs ever but for the average listener they are a huge upgrades from the stock IEM's that came with your MP3 player and I would definitly recomend them. For a more picky listener I would recomend jumping up to the next price bracket if you can becuase It will be well worth the money.

These earbuds are the most comfortable earbuds I have used.  They are also a must have for someone who uses earbuds for long periods of time.  Specifically, I use them while exercising and doing housework and I have not had any problem keeping them in my ears.  The sound quality is also very good - much better than the earbuds that came with my Sansa MP3 player.  The price is very reasonable for what you get - comfortable earbuds with good sound.  They are perfect for daily use.  My only complaint is that my first pair of these earbuds had to be replaced because they started shorting out after only three months.  I had been using them daily, but I contacted the company about this issue and asked about their warranty.  JLAB immediately replaced the earbuds without even requesting that I complete a warranty form or show proof of purchase.  I was so impressed with their customer service that I vowed to always consider using their product.  These earbuds are a great value and I would recommend them to all of my friends.

My first impression of the J-Buds J3 Micro Atomic In-Ear Earphones was that they were surprisingly lightweight, almost delicate. The cord is thinner and has a different coating than one typically sees with most earphones. According to the manufacturer it is supposed to be better in regards to durability and in the week that I tested them, I found them to be quite resilient. They fit very snugly into my ear, which was impressive, as I've often had an issue with previous earphones falling out with the slightest snag. The manufacturer provides four sizes ear cushions rather than the customary three, which is very much appreciated. As was the case with pervious J-Bud models, these required some breaking in time. I let them play for a few hours on both an iPod and iPhone before making my analysis. The J3'sprovide excellent sound isolation; something I take seriously as I primarily use these while riding the subway in New York. Good sound isolation means you can listen to your music at a lower level rather than turning the volume up to compensate for outside sources. It's something I had really enjoyed with the J2 model and is further improved upon here. Those J2s were a comfortable, dramatically inexpensive improvement over the stock headphones provided with Apple's iPod; they had a great range of volume along with that impressive sound isolation but suffered at the high end. I think that JLab Audio attempted to react to that last criticism with this model, which is notably brighter. I can certainly hear items in recordings that I previously could not. It's a pretty crisp sound. Still, while perhaps arguable by another ear, I felt it wasn't a completely balanced a sound. It needs a tab bit more bass. Perhaps that is something that will be achieved with additional breaking in of the model. Still, even with that gripe, you have to applaud JLab Audio's J3's. They are simply a great value for the overall quality they offer at this price point. I found them to be better than the popular Bose In-Ear and just about comparable with the Sennheiser cx300 and Klipsch Image S4, all available at 2-3 times the J3's price.
