I loved the experience I had travelling with Jet Airways last year. My travel time was short but the facilities and services provided by the airlines was above average though I had booked tickets of the Economy class. The interior of the flight had a exotic felling and the seats were very comfortable and I could easily relax and enjoy the music with the headphones provided. There was a complimentary meal and drink offered during the journey and the taste of the meal was beyond words. There was a 10.6 touch screen provided as well within the flight which gave me the option to choose my favorite audio and video. The price I paid for the tickets was quite reasonable and the service I was given by the airlines was just beyond my expectations. The staff members were dressed up well and were courteous while answering my queries. I plan to book Business class tickets the next time I travel with these airlines as their rates are quite less compared to other airlines.

Their flights have been mostly on time and the service provided has been quite satisfactory. The punctuality is invariably very good and can be relied upon. Their ground staff and hostesses are quite friendly and hospitable. The experience will keep you quite happy. Overall like many airlines they strive towards quality and try to keep up their promise. Service They provide good service on board and their food is quite good to eat and meet the requirements of our palette. Generally their services are quite good with some occasional exceptions. The seats are comfortable and easy for short flights. Would recommend for short flights. Price wise they can be more expensive than the national carrier but they compensate for it in their services and the in-flight magazine does help to while away the time. In-Flight Accommodations In-flight accommodations are quite fine and will meet our requirements. They provide any services upon request and it is usually quite good.

Jet airways is fantastic. I have flow numerous times from one end of my country to another. Over 4 years and about 20 or so flights, I have yet to encounter a single problem. Further once while using another airline, I was stranded at an airport. With the help of jet airways staff, I was able to book another flight with no problem, and using the money I had already paid. Further the food served on-board is delicious. I would definitely recommend jet airways to anyone and everyone. Service Love it. In-Flight Accommodations Very polite, very nice in-flight staff.

I recently flew in economy with JET Airways from Newark to Brussels and had a wonderful experience! I have flown on numerous airlines, but this was by far my best experience. Check in was fast and easy, and all my bags made it through the connection to my final destination: Birmingham, UK. When I got on the plane, I was very impressed with the help that the male flight attendant gave me with my backpack. I am a very small person with back troubles, and he was very helpful in finding me a place in the overhead-- even moving aside someone else's bag so that my bag was close to my seat and not further back! While we were bording and taking off, there was also calming music playing that made a great atmosphere, especially for those fearful of flying. I was also quite happy with the warm, double lined blanket and cozy pillow that were provided for me and it was very easy to get settled in for the flight. Shortly after take off, the crew came around and provided everyone with a hot towel to use for refreshment/warmth. We also recieved these again shortly before landing which was also made things more comfortable and helped you stay fresh after sitting for so long.  The complementary meal and drinks were served promptly and they offered both vegetarian and meat options. I chose the vegetarian meal and was treated to a delicious meal complete with a main course, salad, rice desserts, bread, and more (I am probably missing something!).  I will advise everyone that anyone who is not accustomed to the spices and flavours of Indian cuisine will probably not like the food. JET Airways is an Indian airline and the food is distinctly Indian in both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Nonetheless, the food is of good quality and plentiful.  Before landing, we were also given a breakfast and a snack which was very nice! On my return flight, we were given delicious Belgian ice cream bars as a snack along with the meal and other food. The entertainment systems were touch screen with a remote/game controller and featured many recent movies as well as Indian and international films, TV programmes, and documentaries. There were also plenty of games and even some to help you learn foreign languages! The music choices were good and provided relaxation. On both my flight and return flight, the crew was very curteous about those who wanted to sleep and kept the cabin dimly lit so it was very condusive to sleep. There was also beautiful multi-coloured mood lighting along the cabin ceiling that provided a very classy touch. The cabin itself was clean although one chair in front of me was broken on my return flight. The bathrooms were also well looked after and included bidet. Overall, I would recommend this airline to anyone who wants a wonderful flying experience for a very resonable price.  Although the crew was not the friendliest, JET Airways is certainly a classy, professional airline and the plane was  well maintained to provided a comfortable and enjoyable flight.
