JC Penny's has really come a long way in the products they carry. The quality is much better, their selection is outstanding, and they seem to always try to be up to date on what they carry. They also have started carrying more brands in their stores to help with picking out of a variety of selections. Every time I shop at their stores the customer service is great and their sales help households that are trying to stay on a budget. They also have a great return policy for their customers. I would definetly recommend this store to shoppers of all ages for anything from clothing to household products.
