JCPenney - Rewards Mastercard —
I have had my JC Penney card for many years and have taken advantage of great sale opportunities to buy really nice gifts for my family members. I love the quality and selection available and I have always received prompt, courteous attention from the customer service staff. However, the interest rate being charged is high, and the penalty for a late or missed payment is prohibitive.
