Ok. I will start on their website. When I was ordering, Its so hard to check where I can find the item. Ok. I saw my wanted part after 30 minutes, so I purchased a HIGHLAND Arched Aluminum ramp. They say I will get my item within the week, I waited for 1 week and no item came. I don't know now where is the arched ramp I ordered. I haven't got it. Thanks JC Whitney for ripping me off. I need my refund.
