I only ordered four pillow cases online. Not a big order by any means. The order never was shipped to the JC Penny store of my choice, and they told me I had to re-order it to ensure that it was shipped. I have never heard of having to re-order something so first of all, I thought that was really weird. I called the number that I was told to, and they could not answer ANY of my questions about my order. They also told me things on the phone call that they later revoked. For example, the customer service rep said that since the order was not showing up… read full review »

Okay, so here's the deal.....normally I love JC Penny's, waiting for the ads has sometimes been the highlight of my week. Yesterday however, on an inpromptu shopping adventure, I stopped in at the old tried and true and thought I had died and gone south for the duration. What is up when a company of that size cannot fix their airconditioning?
