value conscious, bargin hunter
Pros

    Decent Price, Decent Quality, Love the Store, GREAT PRICES

Cons
    Some of the stores' isles are crowded

JC Penney has some of the best bargins. The price is right and the merchandise is excellent.  Sometime you have to do a lot of looking, but the bargin is usually there.
