JC Penney Review

i love shopping both on-line and walk in stores with Penney's ...I do not like the fact that if you return something bought online you do not get your shipping charges so I always try for free shipping...I get the best deals there...when I am in store most of the clerks are very nice and polite and drop everything they are doing in order for me to feel like I am just making their day just by being in their store...and often times they welcome me back by name which makes me feel really important.

the store is almost alwasy spotless except during really big sales and very buy days when thoughtless, rude, uncaring customers strew everything everywhere regardless of where they picked it up
