Being in the military, I find it easier to shop online to buy the things I need or want. I been with JcPenney for a good ten years. I shop regularly @ JcPenney. and buy alot of clothes, shoes, accessories, jewelry and gifts from Jcpenney. I have returned a few items for various reasons and didn't have any problems. Shipping is pretty good but can be pricey if you are an APO/FPO address. But then they do offer free shipping from time to time. Customer service has been pretty good when I've needed to contact them.
