Bought the Kid's Package for both of my children and was told they had a two year warranty and would be replaced if anything happened. Well, my daughter's puppy chewed on her glasses and when I called to ask if it was covered I was assured it was. Went into the store to order the new ones and THEN was told that I had to pay an additional fee for the replacement, and not because of how they were damaged...that's their policy! This was never explained to me at the time of purchase or during my phone call. They wait until I come in to spring it on me. NOT HAPPY!!!
Plus, the glasses aren't good quality AT ALL!
I would recommend going to Sears Optical, where we usually go. But JCPenney had a sale...NOT WORTH IT though!
