I tried this toothpaste after my experience with Toms toothpaste. I like that they have more flavors to pick from and they also ahve flouride free and whitening at the same time. I would say that I like this, however it is a very minty flavor and almost leaves an aftertaste. I am not sure if all of their toothpastes are like this but this one has a certain aftertaste that comes with it. I have to rinse my mouth out a few times to get rid of the taste. Besides the aftertaste it is a very good brand and I have noticed that my teeth have become whiter from using this. I would also like to try their other flavors and see if they have this same aftertaste. I would say that they are a great brand and they are reasonably priced in the stores. They also have many other products to use that are great as well. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for natural products.

I recently started to develop a rash around my mouth, and super sensitive gums from the toothpaste I was using. Naturally, I called the company and asked if they had changed the ingredients they were using and explained the symptoms I was having. They said no changes had been made, apologized and sent out coupons for a Free tube. I continued using the paste, and bought the new tube with the coupon they sent, and the rash and irritated gums continued. I finally decided to research toothpaste ingredients. I found that the majority of all toothpastes on the market contain sulfates and phosphates, plus a handful of other ingredients that I have no idea what they are or how to pronounce them. I then headed off to the nearest health food store. I spoke with the expert in the toothpaste area. She suggested I try JASON toothpaste. It doesn't contain Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, which is common for causing irritations and allergies. I went home and tried it. The flavor is amazing! Very natural & minty tasting! Next thing I noticed was that within 2 days of using it, my gums weren't nearly as inflamed, and the rash around my lips had subsided. If you are looking for an excellent (chemical free & sulfate free) paste, I would highly recommend JASON. It comes in a variety of flavors. So far my favorites are either the Citrus Mint, or the Peppermint!

I love that this toothpaste is all natural and whitening. It foams like you wouldn't believe! A little goes a long way. I've only bought my first tube, but I can't imagine how long it will last. Since it is fluoride it is safe for the whole family. It is also free of sodium lauryl sulfate, saccharin and preservatives. And from a company that does no animal testing. My teeth and mouth feel clean and fresh after using. I would recommend this toothpaste to anyone looking for a natural alternative to mainstream toothpaste or looking for a fluoride free option. I've had no problems since switching from a conventional toothpaste to Jason natural toothpaste. There are many reasons to not use fluoride, I encourage you to look into them. This is especially true for my children whom I cannot seem to be able to teach not to swallow the tooth paste. Give it a try, I think you will be pleased.

I switched from Colgate to Jason's toothpaste about six months ago. My lips had started getting very dry, raw, and would crack after brushing my teeth. My doctor suggested it was being caused by the chemicals in the toothpaste I was using. He said the sodium lauryl used in most toothpaste can cause what I had. So, I bought Jason's, which is a more natural toothpaste. It doesn't contain sodium lauryl, preservatives,artificial colors, propylene glycol, or artificial sweeteners. After using it for a couple of days, my lips were back to normal. No more dry, sore, cracked lips. It also comes in very nice, refreshing flavors. You can find Jason's at Whole Foods and other nutrition/natural stores. I'll never go back to the other toothpastes.

Jason Citrus Mint Toothpaste is not only fluoride free, but most importantly, it is sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate free.  Ever since I began using this toothpaste, my gum inflammation and my rash around the mouth has significantly improved. Even the dentist noticed! As it turns out, I am allergic to sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate, but this toothpaste does just as well as any of its competitors.  I am forever a Jason Citrus Mint toothpaste fan. At least for the time being. I can only find it at my local Whole Foods Market so far, but the value I get for the buck is excellent, so I am not complaining. Best of all, the flavors complement each other so much that one cannot taste one flavor more than the other.  This toothpaste is not just another toothpaste. It is an experience.  I especially like the flip top cap as it prevents the lid from getting stuck on it due to lingering toothpaste at the cap.
