Until recently, I never felt the need to purchase a graphics design program like Paint Shop Pro. My graphics repertoire consisted of posting pictures online, using generic clip art for cover pages and business cards, or adding basic graphics to a web page; nothing that couldn't be accomplished from within Microsoft Office's suite of programs. In particular, I found that Power Point was an incredibly handy and intuitive program for creating simple graphics. Paint Shop Pro is a wonderful program that can be used for Creative Design, also can be used to improve your digital photos, You can create endless designs, animations, add frames to photos, crop,improve and make anything with this program. You can also make your own stationary, cards, graphics, and animations using this software. the possabilities are endless!

Note the quality of the photos below. I used this program to enhance the color, clarity and quality of these photos. Also added names to the subjects shown.

i have used Paint Shop Pro for years now and I could not be happier! It is easy to use, and the variety of which you can create, is emmaculate. Although it uses alot of memory, that should not persuade you into not buying it. For any graphic designer/editor, from amatuer to advanced, this is for you.

Paint Shop Pro also gives you a help section, with step-by-step instructions!

Great program! If you are a graphics designer, photographer, or just enjoy messing around on the computer this is the software for you. This is the best photo-editing software I have ever used. My husband is an amateur photographer and I use PSP to edit his work. It is easy and fun to use! I could not live without this software!

I really enjoy using Paint Shop Pro 8.0. It has more to offer than its previous versions. The program can be a bit confusing or even overwhelming to new users, but it does provide a few good tutorials to get you use to using the different features.
