I purchased a large order from Jcrew 2 months ago.  I returned two of the items via UPS over a month ago and still have not received my refund.  I have called three times and every time they have told me that it was processed the day before and it will take three days to show up on my account.  I... review »

What makes J.Crew so great is that it is the one store that every girl can count on. The clothes the come season by season are classic peices that will fit into your wadrobe easily. J.Crew falls in line with Classic American style similar to Ralph Lauren, but at an affordable price. Their classic pieces range from well-fitted blazers, french oxford button ups to casual bootcut cordury jeans and merino sweaters in every color imaginable. Not only do they delve into casual wear, but they offer men's clothing, childrens clothing- and this includes shoes and accessories too!

J.Crew is timeless style. You can buy pieces from J.Crew one year and still wear them 4 years later. This because they offer outstanding style, quality, and design. With money being tight these days, we can't all just go into the store and pay $200.00 for a blazer! As a bargian shopper, I have found that J.Crew offers some of the best deals. I NEVER buy anything when it first comes out because IT WILL GO ON SALE. When you go into any retail store and they are displaying their full price items, just walk away, because in about 2-3 weeks those items will be on sale! J.Crew makes drastic markdowns....

J.Crew is great, but I definitely only buy when things go on sale. Oh, to be able to afford cashmere sweaters, cashmere t-shirts, and cashmere gloves! And I adore the bright array of colors that come in so many fabulous rich hues and tones.

The best thing about this place is how well their petite sizes fit. It's awesome to find clothes that pay attention to my proportions. I'm in love with their winter coat selection; they always look so nice and fit snugly on me, plus the Thinsulate makes it warm AND stylish.

My only complaint was that during winter sales, they often run out of stock and tell you... review »

J. Crew amazes me - the great prices, the beautiful design of products, the fit and quality sometimes makes me think they were made for me, and the fact that my favorite pair of matchstick jeans were actually bought on sale for $12 at a J. Crew outlet!
Their products pleases everyone who wishes they had the budget to always buy Ralph Lauren.
Visit their gorgeous and well-organized website for more - the descriptions of each article of clothing is true and well-written.

I love J.Crew. They have a lot more on their site than in their stores. All their products are true to the pictures and descriptions and they often show may angles of an item and other items it goes with. Great customer service online and over the phone when I have questions concerning my orders. Take all credit cards and offer rewards with theirs! They update styles and the sale section quite often. I can't help myself from going on at least once a week or more!

Boyshort swimsuits can be impossible to find, but they're all over J. Crew. I recently purchased a bikini for $30 shipped. They don't offer returns on their sales, which is definitely a con, but their size descriptions easily allowed me to pick out the correct size - even without a measuring tape.

I would recommend J. Crew for bathing suit shoppers this summer. Be sure to check the sale page first though!

J. Crew styles are phenomenal and their sales are some of the best.  What's not to love?  I have purchased some of my favorite pieces of clothing there, and when anyone in my family needs something special, I know exactly where to go.  Plus, the Obama girls wore J. Crew pieces to their father's inauguration, and I think (and many of you must agree) they simply stole the show!

My daughter is at college.  She picks out what she wants for Christmas, then sends me email  link.  J. Crew site is easy to use.  I order and presents are shipped to my house within the week and I have what she wants for Christmas in a box ready to wrap.

Be very careful! You cannot change or cancel your order after 20 minutes. And you may need more time to figure this out.
