I purchased a large order from Jcrew 2 months ago. I returned two of the items via UPS over a month ago and still have not received my refund. I have called three times and every time they have told me that it was processed the day before and it will take three days to show up on my account. I am tired of waiting. Jcrew is very expensive and the $137.50 they owe me would be nice to have back in my account since I did return the item over a month ago. If the refund is not returned tomorrow I will be so mad. Better off if I would have driven two hours to the store and returned it I guess.
