Great for Gardeners
Ivory has been around for decades because it just outright works. I've always used a concentrated grease busting dishwashing liquid for washing dishes but when I was discussing gardening hands and how some dirt always seems to sneak through the gloves with a fellow gardener she mentioned that she used Ivory Dish Soap for washing her hands when she came in from the garden. I picked up a bottle the very next time I was at the store. I can't testify to the cleaning power on dishes, but it does a great job of cleaning the dirt out of your hands after you come in from the garden. I also got my hands quite stained while spreading coffee grounds in the garden and feared that I would have brown palms for the next week or so, but to my surprise a little Ivory and a bit of a scrub and my hands were back to their normal color! So, if you are a gardener and need a gentle, pleasant smelling soap to get the dirt off this is it!
