It's a Wonderful Life Review

Its A Wonderful Life is the best holiday movie ever! You simply have to sit down and watch it every holiday season! And please watch the original black and white version not that colorized version!  That is just awful!  I make it a family tradition at my house that each year right after Thanksgiving, we gather the kids together and have a movie night and we watch Its a Wonderful Life.  I still cry each time I watch it.  Who wouldn't love Jimmy Stewart?  I mean they are perfect in this movie!  We have watched it so much that my kids even quote the movie to me. Every time a bell rings an angel gets his wings! The overall message of this movie is such a simple, yet timeless one, you don't need money to be happy.  And it has been a great lesson in many areas of for kids life, as I have said they even quote it to me on occasion.  I can't help but think that the movie has had an impact on them also.  Even though they grumple each year as we get them together to watch the movie..."Oh no..It's that movie that Mom is going to cry over....every time a bell rings an angel gets his wings...etc...."  It has had an impact in their lives also, and I can't help but think that they will be having showings of this same film with their children someday!
