It's a Wonderful Life Review

"It's A Wonderfull Life" stars Donna Reed and the incomparable Jimmy Stewart, who in my humble opinion, is the greatest actor who ever set foot on screen or stage. The story is about George Bailey (played by Stewart) a savings and loan officer who tries doing what's right, for himself as well as his neighbors in the small town of Bedford Falls, often struggling against a local town banker and against his own inner struggles. After a string of hardships, he wonders if the town and people in it would be better if he didn't exist. As he is contemplating ending his life on Christmas eve, in steps the angel-in-training, Clarence, who gives him a glimpse into what the world would be like without him. Bailey's beloved town of Bedford Falls is now the town of Pottersville, named for the greedy town banker. Viewing the town's now nightmarish realities and with the guidance of Clarence, Bailey sees he was wrong and wants to return to how things were. He is given that chance and realizes what he had..."It's A Wonderful life".                                                   Contains one of the most famous lines in movie history.... as George is holding his daughter ZuZu, they hear a bell. ZuZu states, "look daddy, teacher says, every time a bell rings, an angel gets his wings"
