For a taste of true Mexican food, I highly recommend the upscale dining menu of Isla Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar at Treasure Island in Las Vegas. The Tequila Bar features our very own Tequila Goddess welcoming guests by personally offering a selection of cocktails including impressive selections of tequilas, as well as Margaritas, Sangrias and other Mexican cocktail favorites - all prepared with fresh-squeezed juices and fruit purees. Relax in the Tequila Bar and indulge in The Goddess Elixir, prepared table side by Isla's Tequila Goddess with Herradura Seleccion Suprema, Grand Marnier 100 Year Anniversary, Cointreau, and Fresh Citrus Syrup. The award winning chefs create true Mexican dishes with a modern twist. For starters try the Crunchy Corn Masa Cakes or the Empanadas. Have your guacamole prepared tableside just the way you like it. The entrees feature tacos, enchiladas and burritos and all are prepared with fresh ingredients and taste amazing. The prices are a little expensive, but the atmosphere is relaxed with great service. Try family favorites like the Tortilla Soup or Mexican Meatballs. This is a great escape to Mexican cuisine in the heart of Las Vegas.
