Isango! Review

We at isango! would like to clarify on this situation: This was a booking request rather than a confirmed booking. For some tours such as this one, we need to check availability with local operators. They do run deals and specials from time to time and those are with limited seats. Our terms are quite clear that a booking request can be refused if there’s no space left- this can be for a particular date or a particular deal. Of course this is quite rare and we regret that the customer here encountered such a situation. The booking request issued to the customer clearly mentioned that this is taken as a request ‘but yet to be confirmed’. No amount was charged to the customer. We also didn’t propose any new price to the customer. isango! replied to the customer promptly right since the beginning, gave a clear picture of the situation and in order to avoid any form of disappointment offered a discount coupon for future bookings
