I booked a cruise/tour on this website and received no confirmation at all.
They had 2 days to just make a simple phone call to confirm my payment with the cruiseline and they did not. I had to call overseas as the phone number in the US is just a voicemail (and they never called me back). I spoke to 2 reps in the UK who promised it would be handled and they would call me back and I never got a response. I was freaking out 2 hours before the cruise because I still didn't have any confirmation. Luckily the cruise line honored it and they told me they are having ALOT OF PROBLEMS WITH ISANGO. If you value good service and a company that keeps their promises do not use them! The bargain price comes with a price and thats NO SERVICE.

We are still waiting to hear from you. We have checked with our cruise providers and had no reports of anyone having any problems with us. We'd really like to know more details so that we can investigate this thoroughly, can you please contact us?

This is an official response from Customer Service isango. We sincerly regret the inconvenience caused, it is under very rare circumstances when we actually cross the 48 hours timeline as promised by us, infact most of our tours are already pre-confirmed. Could you please provide us with your booking reference number so we could investigae this and get back to you?
