Isabelle Boulay is a francophone Canadian pop singer. She also sings some folk songs, R&B, and country, I think. She was registered in a song festival without her consent in 1990, but she completed a performance there which was a huge success. She won at other song festivals following that. Her soft, romantic style is attractive. She's my favorite francophone singer. I like learning the lyrics and being able to sing along in French.
