IsaGenix Cleanse Diet Drink Review

One year ago I started a new program in life called Isagenix-my friend had lost 25 lbs in 6 months and Fox News in Tucson had just done a bit on the cleanse portion.  I was at 220 lbs felt a change was needed and of course nothing seemed to work.  Well I signed up.  I thought about the beginning cost of $400 for the 9 day cleanse and the 30 day program and the fact that you would need to pay almost $300 a month for the rest of your life, but I jumped in anyways.  It was the best thing I ever did.

The 9 day cleanse was really hard at first.  They have you do a basic 3 days and then the grueling 9 days begins.  You drink a cleansing product 4 times a day and can have 6 almonds, a little salad, or these chalky snacks that they give you.  You do this for 2 straight days.  The chalky snacks actually grow on you and you end up savoring them.  After those two days you have a shake in the morning 600 calories of food during the day and another shake at night.  By the end of 9 days I had lost 12 pounds and was feeling good.  The cleanse actually wipes toxins out of your body using enzymes and makes you feel wonderful.

I then began the 30 day program which is the 2 shakes and up to 600 calories per day.   At the end of a month I was down 25 pounds and a whole dress/pant size.  Feeling pretty. 

It was time to reorder my product and I decided that I didn't want to keep losing at a large pace just a bit at a time and basically maintain it.  So my prices went down and my food line changed to what I felt was needed.

I basically starting having half a shake for breakfast, half a Isalean soup for lunch, a sensible dinner and bed.  Still continued to lose weight and by the 4th month I was down 40 pounds.  Well here it is a year later and I still cleanse once a week for one day and do my modified shakes/soups and the weight has stayed off.  I even quit smoking and this helped keep those cravings in check.

The cost works itself out because your food bill does go way down.  No more piles of snacks, less in all departments and the shakes/cleanse taste great.  The shakes are in a chocolate or a cinamony vanilla.  The soup is in tomato or a garlic chicken.  The cleanse is the hardest to get used to as it is a mix of an apple juice taste with maybe a little spice.  All in all it is good.
